International Afro-Asia Ophtholmological Symposium. Dr. Padula was honored to lead a team of twelve doctors and therapists to conduct a symposium about Neuro-optometric Rehabilitation. April, 2002. Guilford, CT. The New England Center for the Healing Arts is in the process of being created. The Padula Institute of Vision Rehabilitation will be a part of this new concept in healthcare. Video Awards: The three professional educational videotapes have been produced by Clinicians View. The videotapes are: 1) Vision the Process 2) Post Trauma Vision Syndrome 3) Vision Midline Shift Syndrome. Together the three tapes have won 12 national awards. The Vision Midline Shift Syndrome videotape won the first prize of the Flame Awards for best professional educational tape.
