Since many of our patients travel from various countries and parts of the United States, we will gladly assist you with specific transportation arrangements and accommodations to make your stay in our area more comfortable.

 

Directions to PIV

From I-95

Take Exit 59 Goose Lane, go straight across Boston Post Road to the stop sign. Go straight across Boston St. to Soundview Rd. Our office is 37 Soundview Rd on right side. 

From I-91 South: 

Take I-91 South to Exit 22 South [Route 9 South (left exit off highway)]. Take Route 9 South to Middletown. When you get to Middletown, you will go through 2 traffic lights. After these lights, take Exit 13. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 17 South. Take Route 17 South approximately 6.5 miles to Route 77. Stay on Route 77, it will bring you right into Guilford at Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1. Go through 4 traffic lights. At the fourth light take a right. At the stop sign go straight across Boston St. onto Soundview Road Our office is 37 Soundview on the right side of the road.

 

Our office is handicap-accessible and we are located with easy access to 1-95. We are approximately 1.5 hours from New York City and from Boston. Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT is approximately 50 minutes from our office and New Haven Airport is 10 minutes away.
